2001 – 2014 –UK Tech Company - Head of Legal team of 4 staff dealing with all legal issues

2014 -2015 -Business English Instructor – Airbus, France.

Reported to Head of Training an d was responsible for training Airbus employees – from varying cultural and linguistic backgrounds – cultivate and develop their skills in the use of business English in alignment with the standards expected within Airbus.

▪ Designed and implemented relevant training sessions after conducting comprehensive learning needs analysis.
▪ Successfully conducted seminars, workshops, individual training sessions to upskill a wide range of employees from across the business in business English over tenure of position.
▪ Prepared educational material and planned and scheduled training programmes in alignment with the wider learning and development activities at Airbus, successfully imparted training leading to greater command over the language on the part of all trainees.2016 – 2017

2016 – 2017 – Comminucaid - Worked as part of a team of four freelance legal coach/trainers to German ‘Magic Circle’ lawyers and senior European executives. Responsible for providing British Council approved 1:1 coaching/training in the use of Legal English for 2 to 10 weeks in duration; topics covered included M & A Transactions, Competition Law, IP Matters, Employment Law, Commercial Litigation and Constitutional Issues.
