Mr. Shakeel A. Mian is a professional lawyer and founding partner of Prudential Middle East, a law firm incorporated in UAE in 2008. During the last 12 years legal practice in UAE, Shakeel has advised and assisted several local and international companies on a range of legal matters including incorporations as mainland, free- zone or offshore companies. He has good experience on legal due diligence to mitigate investment risks for buyers in merger and acquisition transactions. Some of his areas of expertise are real estate law, employment laws, debt recovery, and commercial law. Before relocating to UAE Shakeel was a practicing lawyer in Islamabad, Pakistan where he also used to teach Islamic banking and finance and business law to MBA students of Ripah international university and OPF girl’s college. He had been a legal advisor to Askari commercial bank, Dubai Islamic bank, UBL and bank Alfalah in Pakistan. He also worked for Asia Foundation, a global NGO based in Pakistan on legal project relating to Hudood Laws. During the last 12 years stay in UAE, Shakeel has attended several local, regional and international conferences on international arbitration, investment, legal tech, future governments, IPR, Artificial intelligence, blockchain and education. New legal English courses
New legal English courses to commence February 11th and 4th March at our premises in Lahore. The first training session with run between 18th to 22nd January 2021and will be repeated from 1st to 4th March 20219.
The course include 15 hours of intense legal English training divided into 5 daily sessions of 3 hours for each session. The course is delivered in a traditional classroom format by our local instructors, with video-links to the UK based instructors, providing a blended learning experience with both a UK-based trainer and a Pakistan-based trainer who will explain legal and grammar points in more detail.

We will hold 2 workshops of our most popular training event, Legal writing, over 5 half-days, from in Lahore. 22nd - 26th February 2021 - Contract and Legal Documentation Drafting workshop in Lahore Centre
We will hold an intensive workshop of our popular training Contract and legal document drafting, over 5 half-days, from 22nd - 26th February 20219 in Lahore. The training will run for 3 hours in each of the 5 half-day sessions and will cover all aspects of contract and legal document drafting, including contract structure, meaning and use Warranties, Covenants, Indemnities, Representations and 3rd party guarantees. The training covers the legal effect of the most important and frequently used clauses, including how to structure and write them to achive the contract's objectives. We will also cover termination clauses, exclusion and limitation clauses and SAAS contracts.
