1. A new online study group will start the 15 lesson Contract and Legal Document Drafting Course on Monday 4th May at 4:00 PM (UK time).

The course will cover the essential skills of writing clear contracts and formal documents, explaining essential legal vocabulary and the use and legal effect of basic contract clauses. Many specific, technical clauses are also covered, including Liquidated Damages, Termination and Confidentiality clauses. The course also covers SAAS contracts and SLA agreements and 'smart contracts'. Participants will be trained in the best practices for structuring commercial contracts and writing individual clauses that are both understandable and achieve their objectives.

2. A new online study group will start the 15 lesson Legal Writing Course on Monday 4th May at 5:30 PM (UK time).

The course will cover the essential skills of writing clear concise legal texts and correspondence, that both inform and persuade. Your ability to write clearly and correctly is the basis upon which clients will assess your professional ability. Lawyers must master accurate legal writing to progress their careers.
