Postgraduate Certificate in International Law and Legal Practice
The International Law and Legal Practice Program is conducted jointly by EUCLID, also called Pôle Universitaire Euclide or Euclid University, as an international intergovernmental organization under United Nations Treaty Series 49006/49007, and the British Legal Centre. The Program aims to build a new generation of international law practitioners ready to serve the international community. At the end of the Program, successful students will receive: 1. Postgraduate Certificate (PGC) in International Law and Legal Practice from EUCLID in collaboration with the British Legal Centre in the UK. 2. Certificate of Admission as a Fellow of the School of Diplomacy and International Affairs at EUCLID for 5 years.

He then spent 6 years working in the City of London as a financial adviser. Richard qualified as a teacher of English as a foreign language in 2003. For the last 18 years he has been teaching legal English, law and practical legal skills to lawyers in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Gulf and has trained the lawyers of many of the major law companies in these regions. Richard is the head of the British Legal Centre.

Based in Central Europe and responsible for creating Gardiner & Theobald`s Ukrainian operation in 2008 & Croatian office in 2005. Walker has been responsible for many aspects of the Real Estate management processes for projects & buildings throughout Europe.
Following Gardiner & Theobald`s withdrawal from Central Europe, Walker acquired Gardiner & Theobald`s Ukrainian operation to continue with existing commitments in the region.

Arran Dowling-Hussey is an experienced practicing International barrister at prestige chambers in both London and Dublin. His areas of practice often involve work in construction law, commercial law and all areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Head of Banking and Finance training
One of the world’s most influential banking figures, the former Senior Economist and Principal advisor on monetary policy strategy for the European Central Bank, and other central banks. Dr. Moutot created and led the team to study, propose and negotiate monetary policy to create and introduce the Euro for the European Central Bank. He was the principal negotiator of the Maastricht Treaty sections that initiated and implemented the process for creation of the Euro and the European Central Bank.
Philippe matches deep research to his knowledge and forecasting of current outlooks to direct experience of policy-making for central banks. He has recently been concentrating on the consequences of the current technological revolution to identify new policies and assess major risks for Central banks and the banking sector in general.

She worked at Hewlett Packard in the late 90's during the 'technology boom' negotiating complex deals with technology companies. From 2003 - 2008, she headed Stellatek Solutions an international consulting firm commuting to the Middle East and North Africa for many years working with American and European businesses expanding abroad. In 2008 she took a teaching position at ESLCA’s Paris MBA program launching ESLSCA’s first Entrepreneurship program. In 2013, she began teaching at the Frankfurt University School of Applied Sciences School of Law and Business. She currently teaches courses on International Business Law, Start-up Law, Comparative Contracts and European Integration, in both the International Business and the LLM programs at the University.
