Gregory K. McGoldrick is a veteran attorney-instructor, and lecturer in and docent of law in Europe, the CIS, the Far East, and in British law programs. As our senior instructor in Central Europe, he is able to assist local and international counsel and students with training and know-how in the English law, advanced commercial law, cross border litigation, formal legal communications, and test preparation. A former litigator and legal practitioner in the Australian Federation, and counsel in New York State, Gregory brings attorneys, industry chiefs, scholars, and researchers up to speed with both the bedrock principles and the latest developments in the English and Commonwealth commercial law — with engaging, entertaining and advanced learning devices, classes, webinars and events.
