Nick has been working as a lawyer for more than 20 years, advising banks, corporations and governments on M&A projects, privatization, corporate and commercial matters in the UK, Japan, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Russia, Azerbaijan, and Saudi Arabia. Nick has worked across most business sectors, with a particular focus on telecommunications. Nick is an of-counsel at JŠK.

Adnan qualified in the US where he lived for 16 years and he is licensed to appear before the Michigan State Bar. He qualified as a US Attorney following his LLB which he obtained at the PLLC University of Punjab. He is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.

Marjorie, graduated with Honors from St. John’s University School of Law in New York. She is a corporate law attorney, specializing in international business with a focus on technology startups. She worked at Hewlett Packard in the late 90's during the 'technology boom' negotiating complex deals with technology companies. From 2003 - 2008, she headed Stellatek Solutions an international consulting firm commuting to the Middle East and North Africa for many years working with American and European businesses expanding abroad. In 2008 she took a teaching position at ESLCA’s Paris MBA program launching ESLSCA’s first Entrepreneurship program. In 2013, she began teaching at the Frankfurt University School of Applied Sciences School of Law and Business. She currently teaches courses on International Business Law, Start-up Law, Comparative Contracts and European Integration, in both the International Business and the LLM programs at the University.

Jan graduated with a BA LLB Degree at the University of Cape Town where he also majored in English Literature. He is passionate about English in its spoken and written form and is a published poet. He has taught English as a foreign language in Greece and Hong Kong and as a first language in South Africa. He enjoys empowering lawyers to utilise the English Language to best advantage in the practice of law.
